We Don't Waste

We Don't Waste's on-site commercial kitchen has two primary functions. Firstly, as a space to launch our food production program where we utilize select rescued food to make prepared food which will then be distributed to our partners. Cooking with some of our rescued food will allow us to quickly utilize nearly-expired products and uncommon products to create a delish meal. Secondly, the kitchen is a space for We Don't Waste to host cooking and nutrition classes for our community members. IMPORTANT: Volunteers must wear closed toe shoes. If you do not enjoy wearing hairnets, please bring your own hat to wear. All volunteers must wear either a hat or hairnet.
