On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month We Don't Waste sets up a walk thru food market and distributes food to hundreds of families from the Westwood, Mar Lee, and Ruby Hill neighborhoods. Help us set up the market, distribute food to families that attend, and help everything run smoothly. We will provide vests, hand sanitizer and gloves. Spanish speaking volunteers are extra helpful for signing in families! Sign up below to help out! (Ages 15 and up!)
Strive Prep SMART, Weecycle, Denver Museum of Nature & Science. WeeCycle is another local nonprofit that distributes baby products like diapers and formula to the community. All volunteers will be provided with gloves, safety vests, and access to hand sanitizer. This is an outdoor event so please note the weather and dress accordingly. If a shift is cancelled due to inclement weather someone from the WDW staff will contact you.
